In my mind there is no greater writer or philosopher that I have yet read. Surely none of his stuff is fluffy or face value, but truly deep and genius. My father first turned me on to the likes of his work, and since then I have read everything, every chance I get

Voltaire is "LA figure de proue" of philosophers!
He's the most famous, with Rousseau and Diderot!
At school, we had to read a lot of his books, we work a lot on "Les Lumières" and all their work!
I read Oedipe, Zadig, Micromégas, Candide, and a lot of other things, like poems, letters...
